Punctuality

We will arrive as agreed – because being on time is part of our service.

To ensure that all orders are carried out as scheduled, HMK is using the latest technology with the following procedure: The assigned driver shall always respond to the office at a given time prior to his next assignment. If this fails, an alarm will set off – first as a pre-set SMS to the driver in question, secondly, as an SMS to the dispatcher on duty.

In this manner our dispatch department will at all times be updated as to the whereabouts of both bus and driver, and further to make sure that the bus will arrive at the customer’s location on time.

Our drivers continuously inform our dispatchers of any deviations en route.

The buses are all equipped with a GPS system that will give the dispatchers their exact position whenever needed.
